I’m Antonello Manca ,  A hospitality professional turned career coach and business consultant, passionate about helping others grow, adapt, and thrive in the dynamic F&B markets of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider Gulf.
 
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, building a deep understanding of how the hospitality world works on the ground from kitchens and dining rooms to boardrooms and supply chains.
